Training plan

Technical training:

• Headquarters in Germany provide employees with abundant resources and transnational technology cooperation platform for them to improve the professional expertise;
• We motivate and cultivate internally potential "enterprise trainer" and have established more flexible internal training mechanism;
• We have invited external senior professional mentor to provide special skill training, and to encourage our employees to combine the latest technical idea in the market with their respective work;

Development of individual capacity:

• We comprehensively take account of employees' individual capacity and wish on career development, and assess and determine their training and development plans, so as to help with their growth and improvement;
• We exploit our employees' management potential and cultivate their management capacity through multi-stage leadership training;
• We encourage brain storm between employees, hoping new sparks generating from collision of different experience and ideas between employees;
