Service Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Main responsible for all Service issues at ETS/CN
- Interface to ETS/GER Service department
- Very close cooperation and communication with ETS/GER service team
- Take care warranty issue of existing project with PM
- Maintenance and repair of ETS plants, trouble shooting for previous project
- Sale spare parts to customer and execute spare parts contract
- Sale modification/maintenance to customer and manage/execute that small orders
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Mechanical/Electrical or similar
- Preferably work experience within an international environment, like JV or foreign company
- Minimum 3 years experience in service/supervising/site management mainly for mechanical
- Experienced in overtaking responsibility regarding external or internal project
- Experienced in service/trouble shooting will be preferred
- Basic skill of sale, customer-oriented mind
- Knowledge in high temperature technology is a big advantage but not necessary
- Like to overtake responsibility and to work self-reliant in a high grade
- High flexibility, able to work under pressure and keen to take new challenges
