Hard coating is applied on lightweight polycarbonates with high abrasion and weather resistance performance, which are currently used in the manufacture of A/B/C pillar, side window, roof and tailgate. The fact of much stricter requirements than the general plastic material brings greater challenge for painting process equipment. Eisenmann has rich experience in hard coating in European market, and successfully built up the first hard coating line in China.
