On June 2, 2022, the new paint shop project of NOBO Auto Parts (Zhangjiagang) Co., Ltd. undertaken by Eisenmann Shanghai officially entered the factory installation stage.
The workshop is located in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu Province, with a maximum designed annual production capacity of 800,000 sets (bumpers). Eisenmann Shanghai reached a cooperation agreement with Great Wall NOBO Automobile in 2021 to build a new paint shop to provide high-quality auto parts for well-known domestic and foreign auto brands such as BMW and Great Wall.
In order to ensure the production capacity of paint shop and quality of product, especially adapt to the trend of environmental protection and low carbon, and innovatively achieve green painting, Eisenmann has organized its elite business and design team to provide the customer with the best painting solution from the initial negotiation stage. The construction of the paint shop mainly includes pretreatment system, air conditioning system, spray booth system, independent repair system, drying and cooling system, conveyor system, electric control system, waste gas treatment system(RTO), pure water system, jig cleaning system, etc. Among them, what is particularly worth looking forward to is the design of E-Cube, which applies the latest technology in the world, and some processes are the first in China.
This project is the first collaboration between NOBO Group and Eisenmann. At the beginning of the project, the severe epidemic situation in the country resulted in a large-scale logistics stagnation and difficulty in personnel flow across the country, the arrival cycle of imported parts was far beyond any previous period. To this end, Eisenman has established an interdisciplinary project support team to cooperatively and fully communicate with the customer to ensure that various design, procurement, and manufacturing work assigned by the customer can be completed on time, with quality and quantity guaranteed.
A time will come to ride the wind and cleave the waves, we'll set the cloud-white sail and cross the sea which raves. In the coming days, the on-site construction team of EISENMANN will make every effort to carry out lean construction and continue working hard to finish the entire project as scheduled and deliver it to the customer.
