Strict Epidemic Control and On-Time Delivery The First Bumper in Danyang Ri’an Automobile Rolls Off the Line

On the morning of April 28th, the completion ceremony of the automatic painting line for Ri’an Automobile in Danyang was successfully held. It has set a new benchmark for the "intelligent renovation and digital transformation" —— transformation and upgrading of automobile parts industry in Danyang. Lu Yunfei, vice mayor of Danyang and party chief of Danbei; Tang Aoqi, honorary president of the Chamber of Commerce; Chen Jianlin, president of the Chamber of Commerce; Chang Guomin, executive vice president of the Chamber of Commerce; Tang Jianping and Gu Buliang, vice president of the Chamber of Commerce, and Zhang Lei, Party building instructor, attended the ceremony.

Due to the impact of the COVID-19, Eisenmann, as the general contractor of painting line, was faced with various unfavorable factors, such as shortage of control chips in the supply chain, high price of raw materials, traffic control in logistics and transportation, restricted personnel allocation etc. However, Eisenmann coordinated resources in an orderly manner in advance and controlled risks beforehand, to ensure overall implementation of the established guaranteed delivery plan. The goal of delivering equipment on schedule has been successfully completed.

The total investment in the project amounts to 120 million yuan. After the completion of the automatic painting line, the production capacity will be 114% higher than that of the old, and the product FTQ will increase by 12%. It can form an annual production capacity of 300,000 sets of high-end bumpers, increase sales by nearly 300 million yuan and achieve tax revenue of more than 10 million yuan. The completion and operation of the production line will effectively enhance product quality, improve production efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
