System Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Providing first or second level support on a global basis;
- Providing technology and product training;
- Monitoring and maintaining MES applications on customer systems;
- Design and execute tests at function, component and system levels;
- Do on site support;
- Develop new support service;
Requirements:
- Experience with relational database(Oracle, MS SQL); Expertise in PL/SQL;
- Solid experience in developing JAVA;
- Basic operation and trouble shooting in standard OS (Linux, Unix, Windows);
- Basic experience in VMWare operation;
- 5 yeas’ working experience in the related;
- proficient in oral and written English;
